Role & responsibilities - Integrate Claude/OpenAI APIs for natural language interfaces - Build intelligent conversation management systems - Develop AI-powered business process automation - Create predictive analytics and business insights - Optimize AI model performance and accuracy - Research and implement new AI capabilities Must-Have Skills: - 2-4 years Python development with ML focus - Experience with OpenAI/Claude APIs or similar LLMs - Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques - Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas) - Prompt engineering and conversation design - Basic understanding of business processes Nice-to-Have: - Experience with vector databases - LangChain or similar framework experience - Previous AI product development - Understanding of ERP systems Preferred candidate profile - Work on cutting-edge AI applications - Direct impact on product innovation - Learning opportunities in latest AI tech - Conference and training budget
