Role & responsibilities - Lead development of AI-powered ERP features on Frappe framework - Integrate Claude/OpenAI APIs for natural language interfaces - Build and customize ERPNext modules for specific business needs - Develop automated workflows and intelligent business processes - Handle complete technical architecture and deployment - Create technical documentation and best practices Preferred candidate profile - 5+ years Python development (Django/Flask preferred) - 2+ years JavaScript (React/Vue.js, Node.js) - 1-2 years Frappe/ERPNext experience (or strong willingness to learn) - Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and API integration - MySQL/PostgreSQL and Redis experience - AWS/GCP deployment experience preferred
