Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing to production deployment, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient ML pipelines for production environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Integrate ML models seamlessly into existing systems and applications.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including LLMs and generative AI, and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI development.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience in deploying and scaling ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of model lifecycle management, MLOps, and production monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
