AI/ML Developer (Team Lead)

We are looking for experienced AI/ML Developers who not only possess strong technical

expertise in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, but also have the capability to lead teams and manage AI-driven projects end-to-end.

Job Responsibilities

 Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.

 Lead a team of developers and researchers working on AI/ML projects.

 Translate business objectives into actionable machine learning tasks.

 Manage project timelines, technical roadmaps, and stakeholder communication.

 Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and guide the team accordingly.

 Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and designers for integrated

solutions.

 Ensure quality assurance, model performance tuning, and production deployment.

Skill Sets Required

- Proven hands-on experience with leading AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, and Hugging Face Transformers.

- Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers), and NLP, CV, or time-series modeling techniques

- Proficiency in Python (mandatory), with strong skills in data processing using Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools like Matplotlib/Seaborn.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices including version control, CI/CD for ML, containerization

(Docker), and model monitoring.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), especially using services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML for deploying scalable solutions.

- Exposure to end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data exploration and preprocessing to model

development, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production.

- Strong understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and integration with backend services and APIs.

- Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong grasp of project management tools/methodologies, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and risks effectively.

- Up-to-date awareness of emerging trends in AI/ML research, tools, and practices, with a

growth mindset.

Qualification

 B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related

fields.

 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 1 year in a leadership or

project management role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
