Description
We are looking for an AI/ML Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of developing end-to-end architectures designed for AI and machine learning solutions as well as developing scalable and maintainable frameworks for AI models , pipelines, and systems. Roles and Responsibilities Design end-to-end architectures for AI and machine learning solutions tailored to business needs. Develop scalable and maintainable frameworks for AI models, pipelines, and systems. Define technology stacks, tools, and infrastructure for AI solutions, including cloud-based and on-premise systems. Architect systems for deploying AI models into production (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies). Ensure solutions are scalable and capable of handling high throughput and low-latency requirements. Collaborate with data engineers to design robust data pipelines for training and inference Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of ML models. Provide guidance to data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure project alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrating AI into products or services. Explore new tools, and techniques to improve existing systems. Prototype innovative solutions and assess their feasibility for production. Mentor junior engineers, data scientists, and developers in best practices. Establish coding standards, design principles, and operational guidelines for AI projects. Review code and ensure it follows best practices and are performant Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and breakthroughs in AI and machine learning. Required Skills 8-10 years of overall experience. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or R. Expertise in ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Airflow). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of AI model lifecycle, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Desirable Skills Understanding of process mining/process analytics/intelligence
