We are a dynamic team dedicated to delivering custom and standard reports to our clients using cutting-edge data visualization and reporting tools. We work primarily with Power BI and SQL to turn complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Design efficient data models and relationships to support analytical and reporting needs. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data from various sources. Optimize DAX calculations and queries for performance efficiency. Work independently to identify and resolve issues in data modelling and reporting. Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks. Optimize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience with Power BI data modelling, including Import, Direct Query, and Composite models. Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL. Experience in working with big data reporting and handling large-scale datasets efficiently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. Experience in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
