AI/ML Architect

As an AI Solution Architect and CoE Lead at CES, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions within the organization. Your role will involve shaping the strategy for AI excellence and best practices by establishing and overseeing the AI Centre of Excellence (CoE). The CoE will focus on nurturing AI talent, promoting knowledge sharing, and continuously advancing AI practices across the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions tailored to business needs. You will provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams working on AI-related projects, ensuring high standards in solution design, integration, and deployment. Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify business requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions, including machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI-driven processes. Additionally, you will evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, and technologies, oversee integration with existing systems, and ensure scalability and efficiency. In terms of CoE management, you will develop and implement a strategy for the AI Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives and AI best practices. You will establish frameworks for knowledge sharing, training, and governance to ensure consistency and scalability of AI practices across the organization. Fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation, you will lead efforts to upskill internal teams and define AI-related standards, processes, and best practices to maintain quality and consistency. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you engage with business leaders, data scientists, IT teams, and product managers to deliver effective AI solutions. You will also interact with clients to understand their needs, showcase AI capabilities, and provide insights on how AI can address their challenges. Regular reporting to senior leadership on the progress of AI initiatives, including key milestones, risks, and opportunities, will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on the latest AI technologies, leading the development of PoCs and pilot projects, ensuring ethical AI use, compliance with regulations, and maintaining awareness of industry standards will also fall within your purview. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field, with 11+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science. Leadership or architecture experience, proficiency in AI frameworks, and excellent communication and project management skills are essential. Certification as a Certified AI Professional or Certified Solutions Architect is advantageous, along with traits such as visionary thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for mentoring AI talent.,
