AI/ML Architect

Role Overview: CES has been providing Software Product Development, Quality Engineering, and Digital Transformation Consulting Services for over 26 years to Global SMEs & Large Enterprises, including leading Fortune 500 Companies. Key Responsibilities: - AI Solution Architecture: - Design and Develop AI Solutions: Lead the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions tailored to business needs. - Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams working on AI projects to ensure high standards in solution design, integration, and deployment. - Consulting and Advisory: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions. - Platform Selection and Integration: Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and technologies, oversee integration with existing systems. - Optimization and Innovation: Continuously monitor, optimize, and evolve AI solutions to keep the organization at the forefront of AI advancements. - Centre of Excellence (CoE) Management: - CoE Strategy Development: Implement a strategy for the AI CoE aligned with business objectives and best practices. - Knowledge Sharing and Governance: Establish frameworks for training and governance to ensure consistent and scalable AI practices. - Innovation Culture: Encourage innovation and experimentation, promote cross-functional collaboration and new AI research. - Talent Development: Lead efforts to upskill internal teams through training sessions focused on the latest AI technologies. - Standardization and Best Practices: Define AI-related standards and processes for quality and consistency across the organization. - Stakeholder Engagement: - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, IT teams, and product managers to deliver effective AI solutions. - Client-facing Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate AI capabilities, and provide thought leadership. - Executive Reporting: Report regularly to senior leadership on AI initiatives progress, highlighting key milestones and risks. - Research and Development: - Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on AI developments, evaluate their impact on business processes. - Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development of PoCs to test AI ideas before broader implementation. - AI Governance and Compliance: - Ethical AI: Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, considering fairness, transparency, privacy, and security. - Compliance: Maintain awareness of AI regulations and ensure solutions adhere to legal, ethical, and industry standards. Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field. Ph.D. in AI is a plus. - Experience: - 11+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science with a proven track record. - 7+ years in leadership roles, experience in leading a CoE is advantageous. - Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and cloud platforms. - Experience in multiple industries is advantageous. - Skills: - AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, computer vision. - Architecture Skills: Ability to design scalable and reliable AI solutions. - Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills. - Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with diverse teams. - Governance and Best Practices: Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines. - Certifications (Optional): - Certified AI Professional or Certified Solutions Architect.
