We are looking for a seasoned AI Solutions Architect with 10+ years of experience who can lead the design, development, and deployment of modern AI systems — from GenAI to distributed ML pipelines. This role requires a strong mix of architecture, hands-on engineering, leadership, and innovation. 🔧 What You Will Work On You will lead and architect: - Full-stack AI/ML systems using React/Angular, Python/Node.js, APIs, RAG, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen) - Distributed, event-driven, microservice-based AI pipelines on Azure (primary) & AWS - Advanced ML/DL models — GPT, BERT, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, multimodal AI - RAG systems, prompt engineering, few-shot learning, LLM optimization - Data workflows using Spark, Pandas, MLFlow; feature engineering & augmentation - Model observability, drift detection, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) - High-performance inference with quantization/pruning - AI security, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001), RBAC, encryption - Architecture leadership, PoCs, feasibility assessments & cost evaluations - Clear communication of complex AI concepts across teams 🎓 What You Bring - Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/DS or related field - 10+ years in as ML a architect & enterprise-grade solution delivery - 5+ years designing & deploying advanced AI/ML systems - Expertise in GenAI, ML, transformer models, deep learning, multimodal AI - Strong Python + TensorFlow/PyTorch/HuggingFace/MLFlow skills - Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS - Understanding of CI/CD, model observability & performance tuning - Expertise in AI security, responsible AI, federated learning - Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration ⭐ Preferred Skills - MLOps with Azure DevOps - Architect certifications (AZ-305, AWS SA) - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking & communication skills - Track record of delivering GenAI/ML solutions from concept to production
