Job Description – AI/Blockchain Developer

Location: Kolkata onsite office location (Full-time, Permanent)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a smart and dynamic AI/Blockchain Developer to join our Kolkata office. The candidate should have good English communication, be a quick learner, proactive, and able to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI-powered SaaS Knowledge Base platforms.
  • Work on document ingestion, web crawling, embeddings, and similarity search.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with GPT models.
  • Design and deploy blockchain-based secure access and RBAC systems.
  • Develop frontend (Next.js, TailwindCSS) and backend (Node.js, Express, Prisma) modules.
  • Implement storage (AWS S3, PostgreSQL, Vector DB like Qdrant/Weaviate) solutions.
  • Integrate chatbot SDK (JS/Iframe) into websites.
  • Work on analytics dashboards, monitoring, and deployment (Docker, AKS, CI/CD).
  • Ensure system security, scalability, and high performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI and Blockchain development.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML models, embeddings, GPT integration.
  • Experience with blockchain frameworks (Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar).
  • Hands-on skills in Node.js, Next.js, Prisma, Firebase, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
  • Good understanding of vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate).
  • Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Willing to work full-time from our Kolkata office.

Preferred

  • Candidates from West Bengal and neighbouring states.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
