Job Description – AI/Blockchain Developer Location: Kolkata onsite office location (Full-time, Permanent) Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years About the Role We are looking for a smart and dynamic AI/Blockchain Developer to join our Kolkata office. The candidate should have good English communication, be a quick learner, proactive, and able to work well in a team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain AI-powered SaaS Knowledge Base platforms . Work on document ingestion, web crawling, embeddings, and similarity search . Build and optimize RAG pipelines (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with GPT models. Design and deploy blockchain-based secure access and RBAC systems . Develop frontend (Next.js, TailwindCSS) and backend (Node.js, Express, Prisma) modules. Implement storage (AWS S3, PostgreSQL, Vector DB like Qdrant/Weaviate) solutions. Integrate chatbot SDK (JS/Iframe) into websites. Work on analytics dashboards, monitoring, and deployment (Docker, AKS, CI/CD) . Ensure system security, scalability, and high performance . Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in AI and Blockchain development. Strong knowledge of AI/ML models, embeddings, GPT integration . Experience with blockchain frameworks (Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar) . Hands-on skills in Node.js, Next.js, Prisma, Firebase, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/Azure) . Good understanding of vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate) . Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills. Good communication in English . Willing to work full-time from our Kolkata office .
