Pixels & Pulse is a new-age creative tech agency blending AI, storytelling, and design to create cinematic brand films, content, and experiences.

🎯 What You’ll Do?

• Create AI-driven cinematic videos using the latest tools.
• Edit & Deliver Final Video in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Filmora.
• Collaborate on short ads, storytelling concepts, and brand films.
• Maintain visual and character consistency in every frame.
• Add clean transitions, music, and emotion.
• Manage projects responsibly with minimal supervision.

🧠 What We Expect?

• Understanding of AI tools (VEO3.1, NanoBanana, Seedream, Flux, Heygen, Elevenlabs, etc.)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic visuals
• Creative discipline and an eye for quality
• Reliable system & strong internet connection [ For Remote Work]
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and deliver on time

✖️ People who need reminders to finish work

✖️ Generic reel editors with no storytelling sense

✖️ Overpromisers who disappear mid-project

✖️ Anyone “just exploring” - we want commitment and curiosity

💰 Compensation

• Fresher: ₹7K - ₹12K/month
• Mid-Level: ₹15K - ₹35K/month
• Performance-based growth

🧪 Test Project (Mandatory for Shortlisting)

All applicants must complete a short 30-second AI video test project titled “The Last Sip.”

It’s a cinematic ad-style video to evaluate:

🎥 Character consistency, transitions, brand placement, multi-voice storytelling & emotion.

You’ll receive a detailed brief upon applying.

⚠️ Applications without the test video won’t be considered.
