We are looking for a creative mind who can turn ideas into high-performing videos using AI tools like Pictory, Runway, Synthesia, or HeyGen.
You will script, produce, and optimise short videos for YouTube — ensuring every video is engaging for viewers and easily discoverable through effective YouTube SEO practices.
* Create engaging short videos using AI tools
* Write concise, catchy scripts and captions that boost engagement.
* Optimise YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for SEO.
* Research trending topics and conversational keywords across Google and YouTube.
* Repurpose blog or product content into visually appealing short videos.
* Track video performance — views, CTR, and engagement — and improve with insights.
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 0–1 year of experience in video content creation or Digital Marketing
* Hands-on experience with at least one AI video creation tool.
* Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics.
* A creative eye for visuals and storytelling.
* A curious, fast-learning attitude — you love experimenting with new tools.
