What does the team do?

At ShareChat, India’s largest vernacular content platform, the Content Operations team plays a pivotal role in defining and executing strategies for creating and acquiring impactful content, driving monetisation efforts, and contributing to overall business growth. Collaborating with creators, partners, product teams, and feed teams, the team ensures the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with diverse Indian audiences across multiple formats, including audio and video.

What You’ll Do?

• Use AI tools to generate, design, and edit visual content — including AI-created images, character shots, and video scenes — to craft powerful, emotionally engaging microdrama edits.
• Create complete episodic series using a blend of AI generation tools (for visuals, voice, and motion) and professional editing suites.
• Collaborate with writers, directors, and marketing teams to translate creative ideas into visually striking AI-driven stories that align with campaign goals.
• Perform sound design, SFX and BGM music selection, and final mix polish to ensure cinematic quality and emotional resonance.

• Coherent video and audio stitching, maintaining consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all content formats.
• Analyse feedback and quickly deliver multiple refined versions optimised for platform performance and audience response.

Who You Are

• Degree or diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, AI Media Production, or related fields.
• Strong command of AI-based creative tools (e.g. Sora, Midjourney, Wan, Kling, LTX, Elevenlabs, Epidemic, Envato or similar) along with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• 5–10 years of experience in promo or digital content creation for entertainment, OTT, or marketing agencies — ideally in Hindi or regional storytelling.
• Skilled in AI-assisted workflows — from text-to-video, text-to-image, or voice cloning to adaptive video editing.
• Proficient in sound design, transitions, and visual polish, ensuring broadcast-level quality.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments, adapting to evolving creative briefs and technology.
• Deep understanding of Indian audiences and emotional storytelling, with a flair for cinematic composition and attention to detail.
