Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize and drive adoption of AI in the organization
  • Partner with department/functional heads to identify high impact Opportunities to promote efficiencies within various functions in the Organization through adoption of AI
  • Champion AI integration in organizational workflows across HR, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer success.
  • Deploy AI-powered tools for recruitment, training, performance management and where ever feasible
  • Based on the impact and feasibility, prioritize projects in various functions which can improve organization's efficiency.
  • Implement a periodic engagement plan with the POCs in various functions to ensure that they are aligned with the overall plan and organizational objectives
  • Provide monthly reports on the progress to the management team
  • Enable upskilling initiatives to prepare teams for AI-augmented future. Create knowledge assets to further AI awareness and usage

Experience Required:

  • 510 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR digital transformation or AI-driven tools preferred.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and technology change initiatives.
  • Interest in or understanding of AI applications in Business processes.
