Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Support teams in using data and AI to uncover insights, track performance, and make smarter decisions. Upskill the Organization: Lead training, create playbooks, and offer hands-on support to build confidence and capability in using new tools. Be a Connector: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, HR, finance, and more to identify opportunities for tech-driven improvements. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore new technologies, trends, and best practices—and bring the most promising ones into the business. Report to Leadership: Work closely with the senior executive team to align enablement efforts with strategic priorities and report on impact. AI & Technology Enablement: Champion the discovery and adoption of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, custom AI solutions) and other smart technologies, both as internal productivity enhancers and as integrated product features. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline internal workflows across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations, HR, finance), reducing manual effort and boosting efficiency. Develop and lead training sessions, create comprehensive playbooks, and provide hands-on support to upskill the organization in utilizing new product features and AI tools effectively. Data-Driven Decision Making: Cross-functional Collaboration & Innovation: Act as a key connector, fostering strong relationships and collaboration between product, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and other teams. Continuously explore emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, bringing promising innovations into the business to maintain our competitive edge. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a product management, product owner, or similar role, ideally within a technology-enabled marketing, SaaS, or community-focused company. Demonstrated understanding of AI concepts, automation tools, or digital productivity platforms, with a strong interest in their practical application. Hands-on experience with practical AI tools such as: Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E) AI-powered analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau with AI extensions, Power BI with AI capabilities) Automation platforms with AI integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate) CRM/Marketing Automation tools with AI features (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI tools) Project management or collaboration tools leveraging AI (e.g., Notion AI, Asana AI) Experience contributing to product roadmaps, feature definition, and go-to-market activities. Skills: A strong grasp of product lifecycle management principles. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team. A bias for action and a passion for translating technological potential into real-world results. Bonus Points: Familiarity with user-generated content (UGC) platforms or community engagement models. Experience in the marketing technology (MarTech) space.
