What You’ll Do: Drive Adoption of Smart Tools: Help teams across the organization discover and adopt tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and other emerging platforms to improve how they work. Optimize Workflows: Collaborate with departments to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and automate repetitive tasks using the right mix of technology. Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Support teams in using data and AI to uncover insights, track performance, and make smarter decisions. Upskill the Organization: Lead training, create playbooks, and offer hands-on support to build confidence and capability in using new tools. Be a Connector: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, HR, finance, and more to identify opportunities for tech-driven improvements. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore new technologies, trends, and best practices—and bring the most promising ones into the business. Report to Leadership: Work closely with the senior executive team to align enablement efforts with strategic priorities and report on impact.
