About the Role

AI Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the 

  design, architecture, and implementation

   of Generative AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with 

  Enterprise and Solution Architects

   to create robust design specifications, including data models, RESTful APIs, and UI behaviors.
• Act as both 

  Technical Lead

   and 

  Solution Architect

  , guiding your team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.
• Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and drive measurable business value.
• Identify and implement 

  best practices

   for AI integration, exploring emerging technologies to improve performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education:

   Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 7+ years overall in software development.
• At least 3 years as a developer and 2 years in a technical lead or solution architect capacity.
• Proven experience building and deploying 

  AI-powered applications

  .
• Strong skills in designing 

  data models, RESTful APIs

  , and 

  UI behaviors

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  full-stack technologies

   such as 

  Spring Boot

   or 

  Python

  , and front-end frameworks like 

  React

   or 

  Angular

  .
• Familiarity with 

  cloud technologies

   and 

  DevOps practices

   including 

  Kubernetes

   and 

  CI/CD pipelines

  .

• Preferred (Optional):

   Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and autonomous agents.
