Job Title: AI Support Engineer AWS L1 Support

  • Provide L1 support for AI/ML workloads deployed on AWS infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Python-based automation, APIs, and Gen AI models.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Assist in deploying, maintaining, and supporting Gen AI applications and services.
  • Respond to customer queries and incidents via ticketing systems and support channels.
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and root cause analysis.
  • Document solutions, FAQs, and support workflows for internal knowledge base.
  • Contribute to automation of support tasks using Python scripts and AWS tools.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
    Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation. Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs). Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, CloudWatch. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and basic data handling. Ability to debug and resolve issues in cloud-based environments. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Exposure to ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
