AI Strategy Lead Corporate Functions

You will be joining a social enterprise, Jaipur Rugs, which aims to connect rural craftsmanship with global markets by producing luxurious handmade carpets. Founded by Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary, this family-run business offers a unique range of hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs that are created using a traditional art form that is over 2500 years old. As part of your role, you will collaborate with management to evaluate existing workflows and identify areas where AI can be implemented. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing AI-driven solutions to enhance various business functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service. You will utilize technologies like NLP, machine learning, data analytics, and automation tools to address business challenges and opportunities through AI adoption. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML roles, particularly in a corporate transformation context, is preferred. Proficiency in machine learning, NLP, RPA, and enterprise AI tools is essential. Hands-on experience with platforms like TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar technologies is a plus. Additionally, strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.
