We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Internal Tools & AI Automation Specialist to manage, test, and improve a wide range of in-house software tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest AI technologies and automation solutions, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of internal tools. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage various internal tools/software used across departments for operations, marketing, and process automation. Test and validate internal tools for performance, bugs, and usability; ensure timely bug resolution and improvements through vendor coordination. Communicate clearly with software vendors and internal stakeholders to capture precise tool requirements, feedback, and enhancements. Ensure all tools are delivered with high quality and within agreed timelines. Identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools to automate repetitive internal tasks and improve team productivity. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and SaaS tools that can optimize existing workflows. Lead tool implementation from requirement gathering to testing, training, and final deployment. Maintain documentation for tools, processes, and vendor interactions. Requirements: 45 years of experience in managing internal software tools, automation platforms, or technology projects. Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, Make.com, Airtable, AutoGPT,etc.) and their practical use in business automation. Strong understanding of software testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes. Proven track record of working with vendors to ensure timely and quality software/tool delivery. Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into clear software briefs. Ability to research and recommend new technology solutions tailored to specific internal needs. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with project management tools and documentation platforms.
