About Us:

We are a fast-growing healthcare service provider specializing in ICU and emergency management across rural hospitals in India. We are looking for a dynamic AI Specialist to join our team in Chennai to help us innovate and improve our operations through the use of Artificial Intelligence tools and automation.

Position Overview:

The AI Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-based solutions, creating AI agents for various organizational functions, and optimizing workflows using modern AI technologies. This role requires a strong technical background and a passion for exploring new AI tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for various internal operations (e.g., HR, admin, data analysis, recruitment, and reporting).
• Research and integrate advanced AI tools and APIs to improve business efficiency.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize internal workflows using AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their process gaps and create AI-based solutions.
• Maintain and update existing AI systems and provide training to users.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple AI projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with workflow automation
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and data processing.
• Exposure to AI integration with business operations.
• Prior experience in creating custom GPTs or AI agents is an added advantage.
