AI Service Manager

As the AI Service Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design, integrity, and quality of AI solutions and associated IT services delivered to various departments including Business, Support Functions, and IT Technology domains. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the IT solutions and services meet the required functionality while aligning with the cost expectations of the business. Additionally, you will collaborate with project teams for successful setup and delivery, as well as contribute to optimizing service operations. Your key responsibilities will include building and delivering specific AI solutions and services as directed, reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to identify optimization opportunities, and executing IT solution delivery using internal IT teams and external IT service suppliers. You will also be accountable for managing service portfolios, strategical development, team staffing, product team processes, performance evaluation, and budget management. Furthermore, you will evaluate new demands and promote portfolio strategy aligning with business objectives. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in service delivery with managerial responsibilities and 3+ years of experience in managing AI services. Demonstrated experience in collaborating within geographically dispersed teams and proficiency in both spoken and written English are essential requirements.
