In this role, you will lead initiatives to build and deploy generative AI systems with applications across vision and language . From fine-tuning large-scale transformer models to integrating computer vision pipelines, your work will power next-generation features across our AI-driven product suite. This role offers an opportunity to dive deep into generative models, leverage both LLMs and computer vision systems , and collaborate with a team that believes in pushing technical boundaries. What You’ll Do Architect and train generative AI models including diffusion models, GANs, and transformer-based systems for text and image generation. Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, T5, or BERT for use cases such as summarization, content generation, and intelligent chat interfaces. Develop robust computer vision pipelines using OpenCV for tasks such as image enhancement, object recognition, or scene understanding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and design to embed intelligent capabilities into production systems. Prototype with Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow to build scalable models that transition smoothly from research to production. Analyze large datasets, clean noisy inputs, and build preprocessing pipelines optimized for multimodal AI workflows. Stay current with research developments in AI/ML—transformers, diffusion models, multimodal learning—and bring those insights into applied projects. Ensure high availability and performance of models in cloud and edge environments via containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior members of the AI/ML team. What You Bring 6–11 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering , particularly in generative models and applied deep learning. Deep expertise in Python , with practical knowledge of PyTorch , TensorFlow , and Keras . Experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in real-world applications. Strong foundation in computer vision , including techniques like image segmentation, detection, and transformation using OpenCV . Fluency in NLP techniques—tokenization, embeddings, transformers, attention mechanisms, etc. Comfort working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes . Demonstrated ability to deliver AI models from experimentation to production. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in agile teams. Preferred Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields. Research publications or open-source contributions in generative AI or computer vision. Experience working in fast-paced startups or product-centric environments with ownership of AI initiatives. Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, or multimodal AI systems.
