Job Description

Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify critical pain points.
Lead the assessment of potential AI impact and articulate clear value propositions for proposed AI solutions.
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for complex AI solutions.
Act as a liaison between diverse business units and technical teams, driving effective communication and managing expectations.
Define clear and impactful AI use cases, assessing their business impact and prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and feasibility.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AI solutions, ensuring they meet defined business requirements and exceed user expectations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience (8+ years) as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role, with a demonstrated leadership focus on technology projects, ideally within AI/ML domains.
Strong proficiency and leadership in business process modeling, advanced requirements gathering, and comprehensive documentation techniques.
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities to deeply understand complex business problems and effectively translate them into actionable, innovative AI solutions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Foundational understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, including Large Language Models (LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and their potential business applications.
Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis is a significant plus.
Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
In-depth experience in the financial services industry, particularly Private Banking, is highly desirable.
