AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager at JK Lucent, your role involves leading the design and delivery of next-generation Gen AI solutions for the global client base. You will work on-site at the Infopark Koratty (Kerala) delivery center, collaborating with stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to transform AI ideas into successful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform market research to clearly understand the problems at hand. - Design product strategy and roadmap tailored to meet the needs of different clients. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their requirements into technical specifications. - Participate in sprint planning and lead daily scrums for effective execution. - Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, leveraging this knowledge for continuous improvement. - Deliver product status presentations to clients. Key Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating a track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products. - Strong educational background in Computer Science, Management, or related fields. - Proficiency in various AI and machine learning technologies and platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of the product development lifecycle. - Understanding of AI ethics and governance principles. - Proficiency in communication and collaboration. - Familiarity with data standards and Key Performance Indicators. - Experience in defining product strategy, requirements, and user stories. In addition to the responsibilities and requirements mentioned above, you will be expected to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Thrissur, Kerala, before starting work.
