AI Product Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Management team in defining requirements for AI services, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Conduct research on AI/GenAI use cases across business functions (eg, R&D, operations, customer engagement) and translate them into structured opportunity assessments.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Analyze usage metrics, user feedback, and competitive benchmarks to inform prioritization and feature design.
• Assist in preparing product review materials, executive updates, and go-to-market artifacts.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as part of a cross-functional squad.

• Contribute to GenAI initiatives such as RAG, chatbots, and prompt-driven solutions, from requirements through testing and insights.
• Research AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices relevant to GenAI adoption in enterprises.
• Benchmark competitive GenAI offerings to identify differentiation opportunities for Resmed s AI platform.

• Strong interest in AI/ML and GenAI technologies and their enterprise applications.
• Analytical and structured thinker, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.

Experience with any of the following is a plus (not required):

• Product management frameworks (eg, user stories, roadmapping, prioritization).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• GenAI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, RAG, or prompt engineering.
• Exposure to medtech/healthcare or familiarity with healthcare compliance contexts (eg, HIPAA, GDPR)

• Firsthand experience in AI product management within a global enterprise.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and business teams.
• Mentorship from experienced product leaders in the AI and data domain.
