Job Description

Programming knowledge: Strong knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React or Angular.
UI development experience: Proven experience in UI design and development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
NLP familiarity: Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) technologies and their implications for user interface design, particularly in enhancing user experience.
Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex design challenges focused on user needs.
Communication abilities: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, emphasizing user-centered design.
Data privacy and security: A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications External

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
10+ Years minimum experience in IT
Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (e. g. , Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry)
Proficiency in designing and building dashboards for real-time and historical metrics/logs
Experience with distributed tracing and instrumentation (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, Zipkin)
Knowledge of log aggregation, parsing, and storage (Elasticsearch, Loki, Splunk)
Familiarity with alerting systems (Grafana Alerts, PagerDuty, Opsgenie)
Understanding of audit trail requirements, compliance, and security best practices
Scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and integration
Experience with cloud-native monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite)
Ability to work with APIs and data sources for custom dashboard integrations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
