AI & ML Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Python and AI Research Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills in Python, a deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, and experience in conducting AI research and translating ideas into practical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct research in the fields of AI, machine learning, and deep learning to develop innovative solutions.

* Design, implement, test, and optimize ML models using Python and popular AI libraries.

* Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models.

* Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and apply relevant techniques to real-world problems.

* Document research findings and development processes clearly and concisely.

* Contribute to publications, patents, or open-source projects if applicable.

* Required Skills and Qualifications :

* Strong Python programming skills with experience in clean, modular, and well-documented code.

* Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data science concepts.

* Experience with ML/DL libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.

* Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

* Experience in AI research, reading and implementing academic papers.

* Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

* Knowledge of model deployment tools (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker, AWS/GCP) is a plus.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

* Preferred Qualifications :

* Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals.

* Contributions to open-source AI projects.

* Experience with LLMs, NLP, generative models, or reinforcement learning.

* Familiarity with tools like Weights & Biases, MLflow, or Jupyter Notebooks.

* Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and research-oriented environment.
