Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI-driven chatbots to improve content discovery and user interaction on the site.
Develop and integrate Generative AI models to enhance the search capabilities of AEM websites.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that enhance user engagement.
Optimize and maintain AI models to ensure high performance and scalability.
Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and apply them to improve existing features.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI integrations and ensure seamless user experiences.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on AI-related projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot development.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its integration with AI technologies ( nice to have ) .
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Some experience in a marketing or content-driven environment on AEM platform ( or equivalent CMS ) .
