Job Description

Job title: AI Manager/Lead

Location: Kosmo One, Ambattur, Chennai. (WFO)

Employment type: Full time

Notice period: Immediate to 15days

Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in managing technical projects, specifically in the AI, machine learning, or software development space.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex software solutions from ideation to deployment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Key Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business goals and align the AI strategy accordingly.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent skills in mentoring teams, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of the AI and machine learning development lifecycle, including data science and systems integration, is crucial even if they are not hands-on coding.
Vendor and Resource Management: Experience managing external vendors or internal resources to achieve project goals.
