AI Lead

The purpose of your role is to develop minimum viable product (MVP) and comprehensive AI solutions that meet and exceed client expectations while adding value to the business. You will manage the product/solution development utilizing desired AI techniques and lead the development and implementation of custom solutions through the thoughtful use of modern AI technology. It will be your responsibility to review and evaluate use cases to determine if a product can be developed to add business value, create the overall product development strategy, and integrate it with larger interfaces. Your tasks will involve creating AI models and frameworks, implementing them to address business problems, drafting desired user interfaces, and creating AI models specific to business problems. You will analyze the technology environment and client requirements to define product solutions using AI framework/architecture, implement necessary security features, and review use cases to identify the latest AI that can be utilized in product development. Root cause analysis will be performed by you to identify problem areas and provide relevant solutions. In addition, you will track industry and application trends, relate them to current and future AI needs, create and delegate work plans to the programming team, interact with the advisory board for knowledge sharing, and maintain client relationships with key strategic partners and decision-makers. You will drive discussions and provide consultations on product design as per customer needs, participate in client interactions to gather insights on product development, interact with vertical delivery and business teams, and provide correct responses to RFP/client requirements. Furthermore, you will assist in product demonstrations, receive feedback from clients, design presentations for seminars, meetings, and enclave focused on the product. Regarding team management, you will be responsible for resourcing by forecasting talent requirements, hiring adequate resources, and ensuring talent management through onboarding, training, and career progression within the organization. Managing team attrition, driving diversity in leadership positions, setting team goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to direct reports will also be part of your role. Engaging and driving initiatives for team satisfaction, tracking team satisfaction scores, and identifying engagement initiatives within the team will be essential. Your performance will be measured based on continuous technical project management and delivery, client centricity, capability building, and team management. The mandatory skill required for this role is Generative AI, and the desired experience is 5-8 years.
