AI Lead

The Artificial Intelligence Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI strategies and projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the AI team in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms. Define the AI strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee the end-to-end AI project life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant innovations. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Manage the AI team's resources, budget, and timelines. Communicate AI project progress and insights to executive leadership. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in AI, machine learning, and data science. Team leading experience. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing. Experience with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience in managing and leading technical teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory considerations. Prompt with ML, Prompt Engineering, and AI Models. Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments. Publications or contributions to AI research.
