AI Engineer

You will be responsible for leading the AI team in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI models. This will involve defining the AI strategy in alignment with the company's goals, overseeing the end-to-end AI project life cycle, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. It is crucial to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field. Additionally, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, managing the team's resources, budget, and timelines, and communicating project progress to executive leadership will be key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science. Proficiency in NLP, Generative AI, Transformer models, and experience in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI models are essential. A strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP, as well as familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit learn, is required. Ability to deploy AI models in cloud-based and edge environments, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and excellent problem-solving skills are also necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and experience with big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop.
