AI Founders Office Intern - Client Acquisition & Operations

We're hiring ONE exceptional intern to join our Founder's Office and work directly with our founder, Tanmay Sharma an ex-AI forward deployed engineer & AI Educator who's scaled AI automation for 150+ clients and deployed 750+ production agents generating $600K+ in revenue.

This isn't a typical internship. You'll work on client acquisition strategy, GTM execution, and operational systems for AI company serving B2B sales teams.

The catch? We only want AI power users. Your interview will include a live review of your AI setup how you use AI daily, your workflows, your tools, and your thinking process.

This role is for someone who:

1. Already uses AI like a second brain (not just ChatGPT for basic tasks)

2. Wants direct, daily collaboration with a technical founder

3. Is hungry to learn AI implementation and consulting at a professional level

4. Thrives in unstructured environments and creates their own systems

5. Sees this as a launchpad into the exploding AI consulting industry

What You'll Actually Do:

1. Client Acquisition & GTM Strategy - Research prospects, build outreach campaigns, refine messaging, and help close deals alongside the founder

2. AI-First Operations - Run daily workflows using n8n, Clay, Apollo, and other automation tools for lead generation and client communication

3. LinkedIn Content Creation - Create curated content in the form of LinkedIn posts, engaging and growing company's LinkedIn page

4. Proposal Sending - Send Upwork proposals for acquiring new

5. Workflow Optimization - Build and document systems that scale our operations using AI tools

6. Campaign Management - Design, execute, and analyze outreach campaigns with real-time feedback from the founder

7. Direct Learning - Shadow every founder activity sales calls, client onboarding, strategic planning, and execution
