You are a skilled AI Expert with experience in Microsoft's ecosystem, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent business solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. Your role involves hands-on experience in building AI-powered chatbots, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code applications to streamline business processes and enhance user engagement. - Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, process automation, and interactive business apps using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain chatbots using Power Virtual Agents and integrate them with enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams). - Utilize Copilot in Power Apps and Power Automate to create smart, guided user experiences. - Create automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance business efficiency and reduce manual tasks. - Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all AI-driven applications and automation. - Integrate Microsoft AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Service as needed. - Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and internal teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred). - 3+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents). - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and familiarity with large language models or generative AI within the Microsoft ecosystem. - Proficiency with Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and data connectors. - Experience integrating with Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially around conversational AI, NLP, and workflow automation. - Knowledge of Azure AI tools, such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Framework, and Cognitive Services is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
