You are a skilled AI Expert with experience in Microsoft's ecosystem, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent business solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. Your role involves building AI-powered chatbots, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code applications to streamline business processes and enhance user engagement. Your key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, process automation, and interactive business apps using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, develop and maintain chatbots using Power Virtual Agents, and integrate them with enterprise systems. Additionally, you will utilize Copilot in Power Apps and Power Automate to create smart, guided user experiences, create automated workflows to improve business efficiency, and ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all AI-driven applications and automation. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred), along with 3+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and data connectors is essential, as well as experience integrating with Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services. A strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including conversational AI, NLP, and workflow automation, is also crucial. Preferred certifications for this role include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required to excel in this position.
