Role Overview

We are looking for a AI Engineering Lead (8+ years) with proven hands-on experience in LLM-driven systems, GPU-based model pipelines, and enterprise-scale deployments. You'll lead a high-performing team of AI and data engineers delivering advanced Generative AI, NLP, and decision intelligence systems for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of GPU-based training pipelines for high-performance model training and inference.
• Develop and fine-tune Claude, GPT, and NVIDIA AI models for enterprise use cases.
• Implement fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering for NLP and generative AI workflows.
• Architect and deploy LLM-based agents in production, ensuring real-time inference and scalability.
• Build agent-to-agent networks enabling collaborative reasoning and dynamic task orchestration across enterprise workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Foundry, etc.).
• Integrate LLM solutions into existing data ecosystems to automate insights, workflows, and decision processes.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and guide best practices in ML Ops, model governance, and secure AI deployment.

Required Experience and Skills

• 8+ years in ML/AI engineering with hands-on experience in Claude, GPT, and NVIDIA AI models.
• Strong background in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, and distributed GPU systems.
• Experience building and deploying microservice-based inference systems (REST APIs, FastAPI, LangChain, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures.
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into data-driven AI solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-engagement skills.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence from a Tier-1 institute.
