Job Description

We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge AI-powered products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive business growth.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ Years.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus).
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with PyCharm as a primary development environment.
LLM Application Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Lang Chain and Lang Graph for building LLM-powered applications.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and scale generative AI models and applications.
Demonstrated ability to fine-tune and adapt pre-trained generative AI models (e. g., GPT, Llama, Stable Diffusion) for specific tasks and datasets, including prompt engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
Vector Databases and RAG: Experience with vector databases (e. g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for improved LLM performance.
Familiarity with Hugging Face Hub for model discovery and deployment.
Experience developing and deploying chatbot applications, including experience with conversational AI platforms and techniques.
