• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python and OpenAI APIs
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for production use cases
• Implement embedding-based search and retrieval systems using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
• Build and fine-tune models for predictive RCM and healthcare analytics use cases
• Develop LangChain/LangGraph-based workflows for multi-step AI orchestration
• Build and expose REST APIs for model inference and AI services
• Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services and Databricks for scalable deployment
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong experience with OpenAI API integration and prompt engineering
• Working knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
• Experience in model training and fine-tuning
• Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph and LLM-based pipelines
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development
• Experience with Azure AI Services and Databricks is a strong plus
• Prior exposure to RCM / healthcare analytics is highly desirable
