What You’ll Work On

• Agentic AI systems

  (OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, LangGraph or similar)

• LLMs & context management

  (prompting, memory, structured outputs)

• RAG architectures

  and semantic retrieval

• Vector databases

  (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Behavioural and event-based data
• Backend APIs and AI integrations

What we are looking for:

Must-Have

• Strong proficiency in

  Python

• Solid understanding of

  ML fundamentals

• Hands-on experience working with

  LLMs

  (OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source)
• Practical experience with

  RAG implementations

• Familiarity with

  vector databases

• Understanding of context management and AI memory

Good to Have

• Experience with

  agentic AI frameworks

• Exposure to behavioural science, psychology, or habit formation
• Startup or product-focused engineering experience
• Familiarity with backend systems and APIs

Soft Skills ( Matters a lot)

• First-principles thinker — not just framework-driven
• High ownership and accountability
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Bias toward shipping working systems
• Clear communicator who can explain AI decisions simply
• Curious, self-driven, and user-focused
