💻 What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and fine-tune custom AI/ML models (NLP, CV, or other domain-specific models)

• Build data pipelines for collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of training data

• Experiment with model architectures, training methods, and optimization

• Integrate AI models into production systems with backend collaboration

• Benchmark models and ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability

• Stay updated with the latest AI research, frameworks, and open-source tools

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning

• Proficient in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and fine-tuning

• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI

• Familiarity with distributed training, GPU/TPU optimization, and cloud ML platforms

• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and versioning

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup
