Job Title: AI Engineer

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and motivated AI Engineers tojoin a client engagement focused on on-premise AI/ML development . Youwill be working with open-source large language models (LLMs) such as LLaMA,DeepSeek, and Mistral to design, deploy, and optimize solutions. Strongprogramming skills in Python and a solid understanding of datastructures and algorithms are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and fine-tune open-source LLMs in on-premise environments.

Write clean and efficient Python code for solving algorithmic and system-level challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust AI solutions.

Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

46 years of experience in Python development with strong problem-solving skills.

Expertise in core data structures and algorithms .

Prior experience with on-premises AI/ML model deployment, preferably with LLaMA, Mistral, or DeepSeek.

Proficient in solving problems such as:

Grouping anagrams

Array rotation

Linked list operations

Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience in fine-tuning and customizing open-source LLMs.

Knowledge of model optimization and performance tuning techniques.

Familiarity with Linux-based development environments .
