Job Description

Position: AI Engineer
Experience: 3–5 years (mandatory)
Location: Noida
Joining: Immediate (within 15 days)
Salary: As per market standards

About Constems-AI:
Constems-AI specializes in real-time AI solutions for retail visibility, compliance tracking, and analytics, helping global brands optimize operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain AI and deep learning models for real-time retail analytics.
Work on computer vision, NLP, and data processing pipelines.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production.
Research and propose innovative AI techniques to enhance existing systems.
Mentor junior AI engineers and monitor model performance metrics.

Requirements:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, preferably with a focus on computer vision.
Strong proficiency in Python programming; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
Experience with large-scale data pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Academic excellence: 90%+ in school and 8+ CGPA in B.Tech.
Able to join immediately.
