Company Description BXKG is a product-driven company building AI tools for wellness, education, and productivity. Role Description This is a remote role for an AI Engineer You will: Design, develop, and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Build scalable AI pipelines for document ingestion, embedding generation, vector search, and LLM query resolution. Optimize retrieval performance and reduce hallucination rates. Work closely with product teams to align technical solutions with user needs. Continuously improve system accuracy, latency, and scalability. Qualifications Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic frameworks and RAG pipelines. Hands-on experience with: Document parsing (PDFs, Word, scanned docs). Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate). Embedding models (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, Sentence Transformers). LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). Fine-tuning or prompting techniques to control LLM outputs. Experience integrating with frontend/backend stacks (APIs via FastAPI/Node.js a plus). Good engineering practices: version control, testing, CI/CD. Bonus: Familiarity with evaluation methods for RAG systems (retrieval recall, response factuality). 2–3 years' experience preferred Frontend: React frameworks such as NextJS, TailwindCSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui Backend: Node.js, FastAPI (Python) Compensation Bounty-based monthly compensation: ~20,000 INR to ~40,000 INR per month based on bounty completion. Monthly payouts contingent on completing assigned bounties to spec and on time. Performance-based — ship results, get paid.
