Primary Focus

TechGenzi is looking for a dynamic and motivated AI Engineer Associate to join our team. As an AI Engineer Associate, you will be part of our founding talent cohort, applying your academic projects, fresh ideas, and curiosity to solve real-world enterprise challenges.

This role is designed for passionate graduates who have hands-on exposure to AI/ML projects during their studies and are eager to shape secure, responsible, and production- grade AI systems. You will learn how to scale AI agents, integrate cloud-native workflows, and ensure compliance while driving innovation in customer-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of AI models, pipelines, and APIs for enterprise SaaS applications.
• Implement and fine-tune LLMs, RAG pipelines, and GenAI workflows under senior mentorship.
• Build clean, production-ready code using Python, FastAPI, and modern development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, A) to deliver AI- powered features.
• Support data preparation, annotation, and evaluation processes with human-in-the- loop validation.
• Conduct experiments, benchmark AI models, and document results for continuous improvement.
• Ensure responsible AI practices bias checks, explainability, and compliance with data regulations.

Key Skills Required

• Strong foundations in Python, SL, and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, or academic projects in AI.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred) and API-first development.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation techniques.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles (GitHub, CI/CD, testing).
• Curiosity to explore AI ethics, security, and compliance in enterprise contexts.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, collaboration skills, and eagerness to learn.
