• Work involves all aspects of software development lifecycle - Design, code, test, deploy, maintain, enhance, and support for the product being developed.
• Understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and product features
• Develop application modules independently through Writing clean, testable code meeting the coding & quality standards.
• Task reprioritize based on technical feasibility and business needs.
• Adherence to engineering best practices, standards, and processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Be a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
• Actively participate in project design discussions and provide assistance during testing.
• Produce necessary technical documentation as per the project requirements.
• Provide product demo to potential customers.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Strong technical background in software development and system design, with expertise in one or more programming languages and technologies
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Typescript
• Node.js, Express.js (or Sails.js), Angular (or React).
• RDBMS (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent)
• Server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP
• Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing ReST APIs
• Experience in Version control system like GIT
• Configuration Management Systems like GIT
• Tools and process like Sonarcube, Veracode
• Knowledge of AWS, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting, container solutions, docker
• Experience with modern software development methodologies and practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Gitflow, shell scripting, container solutions, docker etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.

Minimum Required Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a proven track record.
