We’re already supporting AI startups, product companies & global engineering teams by scaling their backend, AI, and DevOps teams rapidly.

Now — we’re building our own AI hiring platform, and we’re looking for our Founding AI Engineer to shape the core product.

🧠 Founding AI Engineer (3-5 Years Experience | Remote)

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Design, build & optimize AI-powered hiring workflows
• Develop LLM-based features (matching, ranking, summaries, etc.)
• Fine-tune & evaluate models using real-world user data
• Build scalable backend services & APIs
• Collaborate with product & ops teams to ship weekly releases
• Experiment fast — prototype, test, iterate!
• Make key architectural & tech stack decisions
• Drive the AI roadmap from Day 1

You’ll Be Great at This If You:

• Have 3-5 years of experience in AI / ML / backend
• Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, model fine-tuning
• Have built & deployed ML models to production
• Are strong with Python, APIs & scalable backend
• Can work independently & own problems end-to-end
• Have a product mindset — not just research

⚡ Bonus Points If You:

• Worked with LangChain / OpenAI API / RAG systems
• Built real-time AI features (chat, recommendation, matching)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Have side projects / GitHub / research papers
• Love experimenting — fast prototypes welcome!
