We are looking for a Full-Stack Lead who will own the development of scalable applications and lead the engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end product development using modern web technologies. You will architect, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express, and Next.js, along with the ability to lead a team, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Define best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Development & Delivery

• Build and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and Next.js.
• Architect scalable front-end and back-end systems with high performance.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure application responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile optimization.
• Manage database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and frameworks.

Project & Team Management

• Estimate project timelines, plan sprints, and deliver on time.
• Allocate tasks and track progress of the development team.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between front-end and back-end developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Proven experience with React.js, Node.js, Express, and Next.js (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization.
• Experience in leading a small to mid-sized engineering team.
• Prior startup or fast-paced product development environment exposure.
