AI Developer

Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar Office, Jaipur (Onsite)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required

Role and Responsibilities:

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven applications and solutions to solve real-world business problems. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems and improve existing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models.
• Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI projects.
• Design and implement algorithms to process large-scale datasets.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI models into applications.
• Research and experiment with new AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Debug, test, and maintain existing AI solutions.
• Document development processes, models, and results.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, NLTK, etc.).
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Immediate Joiner Preferred.
