Objective of the Role

Provide strategic and hands-on guidance to help architect, validate, and prototype an AI-driven solution. The focus is on creating scalable, secure, and production-ready AI capabilities that align with our product vision.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical architect and advisor for our AI initiatives

Design AI/ML system architecture , including model pipelines, data flow, APIs, and infrastructure

Evaluate use cases and guide algorithm/model selection (NLP, GenAI, computer vision, or predictive analytics as relevant)

Collaborate with our in-house engineering team to build scalable PoCs/MVPs

Define best practices for model deployment, retraining, and performance optimization

Advise on MLOps , data strategy , and cloud integration (AWS/GCP preferred)

Provide weekly check-ins , code reviews, and documentation support

Requirements
8+ years in AI/ML engineering, including at least 23 years in architectural roles
Proven experience working in a product company environment or consulting for one
Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain)
Experience with Generative AI , LLMs , or NLP models preferred
Exposure to cloud-native AI deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Past experience working in contract or freelance consulting engagements
